It covers an area of 51,000 square meters, with a total floor area of over 91,000 square meters. It encompasses a huge hypermarket, a number of retail stores of the finest local, regional and international brands, food court, and a number of leading cafes with stunning views of Salalah city.
The challenge
The challenge for the air-conditioning plant was to assure the maximum comfort and air quality saving energy and cutting down the management costs.
Comfort and health of visitors and operators is assured by an hydronic system based on high efficiency screw chillers SCREWLine3 WDAT-SL3, air handling units AQX and fancoil units.

The results
The air condition system assures temperature and humidity control together with air quality. The technologies adopted grants very low energy consumption, allowing saving in the management costs.
