Hotel Kamnik
In 2020 the hotel was refurbished to increase the energy efficiency of the system and renew its style.

Hotel Hunter’s Lodge “Kamnik” is located at the entrance in Skopje, only 15 minutes form the airport and 10 min by car the town center.
Hotel Hunter’s Lodge “Kamnik” has 16 rooms, 5 deluxe suites, conference /meeting room and gym/fitness center with outdoor tennis court.

The challenge

The goal that the property wanted to achieve with the plant redevelopment of the hotel was to offer maximum comfort for hotel guests, while increasing energy efficiency and therefore savings in operating costs, optimizing the initial investment cost also.
The aesthetic result was also very important.

The solution

For heating, cooling and domestic hot water production, a Clivet VRF heat recovery system with high temperature hydromodule was chosen.

The 3-pipe VRF system and DX VRF ducted, high wall, floor indoor units provide simultaneous heating and cooling to the building and reach the highest levels of efficiency with maximum comfort for guests, granting the right temperature all the year round to bedrooms, suites, restaurant and all the other areas.

The high temperature 14kW hydromodule  with a second compressor produces domestic hot water with temperatures up to 80°C.

The VRF system is controlled by a central controller, which allows the owner to manage all indoor units from one point and keep consumptions under control.

 

I risultati

Il sistema VRF ad alta efficienza di Clivet ha contribuito ad aumentare l'efficienza energetica dell'hotel, abbattendo i costi di gestione.
L'investimento iniziale è stato in linea con le aspettative della proprietà.

Anche le richieste progettuali sono state soddisfatte grazie all'elegante design italiano delle unità VRF di Clivet.
Si prevede che il ROI sarà raggiunto in 4 anni grazie al basso consumo energetico e alla possibilità di attirare nuovi ospiti grazie al nuovo look e ad un livello di comfort molto elevato
