The challenge
Winter and summer air conditioning of a part of the Pederobba TV industrial plant with a system that guaranteed the correct temperature and air quality, saving energy.
The new Clivet system operates on a radiant underfloor heating system on the entire industrial plant and for the air conditioning of a Clean Room with AQX23 air handling unit where a precise temperature and humidity control is carried out.
The system chosen by Studio Nord Est is based on 4 full inverter heat pumps with refrigerant R32 ELFOEnergy Storm EVO (WSAN-YES 35.2) connected in cascade to increase hydraulic efficiency and modularity, each equipped with its own buffer tank and inverter pump, combined with an AQX 23 air handling unit, which serves the Clean Room for the various treatments and paints through appropriate hydronic coils.
